He wanted to he a shoulder when there wasn’t anyone else. He wanted to be the one person he felt he could go to with no consequences.

 

He wanted to be the one who’ll protect him. He wanted to be his best friend, confidante, and big brother. Someone you can always trust and count on.

 

It was after a particularly dangerous case when Derek grabbed Spencer and kissed him roughly up against a bathroom door. Spencer gave a loud moan of pleasure, twinning lanky arms around his neck allowing Derek to dive in deeper.
